Intro Class Sign-up!
Your first class at Beach Cowboy Fitness is Free! Our coaches spend the class time with our students, performing an evaluation about where their starting point is and what it will take to get their fitness level to where it should be or where they want it to be. This is accomplished through games, including running, walking, jumping, hopping, throwing, catching, lifting small weights and weighted objects and hand-to-eye coordination activities. Our coaches write up their assessments and use them for future class agendas to accomplish all our students’ goals.
